I really enjoy going to MyWave (wish I had more time to browse through it!). It gives me a chance not only to 'test my knowledge' about HR and other things pertaining to office protocol, but it also teaches me things I didn't already know. Reading entries from other HR people across the country has been very enlightening because these are down-to-earth events, not just scenarios that might happen.
It's nice to know, also, that if I have a question I can go to MyWave and post that question and get responses to it.
I appreciate Morris Financial making MyWave available to me and others in this field.
